Well the time has finally come!

For sale is my vauxhall astra C20LET. First things first. Driving it back after getting it MOT'd (passed) I was hit on a roundabout on the way home The guy in the middle lane turned into me, his front wheel hitting my rear arch. (slight damage to rear door, rear arch and alloy wheel) Insurance said they'll declare it cat C/D. I don't think this has been confirmed yet though as blame is still being argued over (the pleb is trying to say I ran a red light...doesn't even make sense) this has been dragging on 6 months now, I've lost patience. It's been stood for a good few months now and I'd rather sell it than have it rot.
Rather sell as a whole, but if it doesn't sell then I'll strip for parts.

So, MOT until april 2012, tax is end of this month.

The LET was taken from a 1994 calibra, it has now covered approx 100,000 miles. Head gasket, cylinder head sleeve, valve stem seals, tappets etc all done at approx 85,000 miles.
Cambelt, rollers & tensioner done when it was MOT'd and have since covered about 100 miles!

Regular oil changes always with high quality (thanks oilman!!) fully synthetic oil.

About 4 years ago the famous porous problem occurred, so the head was taken out and sleeved which should be a permanent fix for it. Whilst the head was off new valve stem seals were fitted, tappets, valve springs etc
This was also when the hose kit was fitted. (new head gasket of course!)

Also willing to throw in spare parts I have lying around, whoever buys the car can have the pick of what they want.
2 x XE/LET oil coolers - one is perfect, one weeps a bit of oil from a small crack.
Amp - sorry didn't check the spec, used to power a set of 6x9's.
brand new unopened in box JBL GTO937 6'9's.
4x apexi lowering springs (used, but in very good condition, still bright yellow and clean, no rust) think they are a 40mm drop for mk3 astras.

black gauge pod. holds two gauges, attaches to windscreen a frame thing. (upright between windscreen and door, its late, brain isn't working)
brand new in packaging bottom ball joints, 2 of.
two pairs of new in box wheel bearings
twin DTM style backbox. used. still shiny.
pair of rear brake discs/hubs/calipers from mk3 gsi. used, discs are worn.
two XE engine mounts, brand new in packaging.
one pioneer speaker. brand new, i lost the other one ...i think? couldn't find it. looks like a coaxial 5.25inch jobby. TS-G1653 i think.
two pairs of aftermarket shock absorbers. probably worn.
1 x uniroyal rainsport tyre 195/45/16. seemed 5mm of tread left, will have to check why i've got that lying round, might have had a puncture repair.
pair of steering arms for mk3 astra.
