Does anyone know how many mk3 Cav gsi are on the road ?

Hi everyone .... I have recently bought a Westminster blue mk3 cavalier Gsi and was wondering if anyone knows how many are left on the road ?

I think it goes on what's written on the logbook.

So there might have been a few that just said Cavalier GSi, But most would have said either Cavalier GSi 16v, or Cavalier 16v 4x4

I have an Opel Kadett GSi 16v Champion. All it says on the logbook is "Opel "Kadett"

I know where there is a relatively good 4x4 with 52k on it. Sat out the back of a workshop by me. Not been used for about 4 years.

I remember it , there's a Bordeaux one about 15 miles away from me and it's been on the drive for years .
I called on the door and an old lady answered .
She said it's her Son's and he doesn't live there , had a look around it but tbh it's well gone .

Thats the problem, you would have to actually want it, otherwise it would be an expensive mistake.

I might still buy that 4x4 to break. But it would need to be cheaper than he's asking.

That's a good price for back then. I bet if you'd kept that it would still be worth at least that now....zero depreciation in 10 years.

Got it from my Sister's boyfriend , she had been with him since I was 14 . It was a good price but needed some tidying .

When I was about 17/18 I used to drive my XR2 to college with a mate past a house with both an Astra GTE 16v and a Cav GSI in the driveway. We would always look down the drive admiring said cars and thinking how lucky the guy must be.

3 years on, and I was driving an Astra GTE 16v, and him a Cav GSi

Haven't seen a satin red gsi 4x4 like mine yet the rest are bordeaux red .That was from 2011 how much left on the road now

get some pics of these 4x4 gsi's up on Vauxhall Cavalier Mk3 Owners Club; they're rare as hen's teeth so would be nice to see pics of those that are still knocking about
