looking at getting this, did hpi check and it come back with a good result but would like to know if anyone has any background history on it at all.

spoken to him, ive said with no v5 present i wont be taking it away if im interested, anyone tell me if its worth that amount of money too? 850-1000?

Certainly wouldn't pay over a grand. £800 seems alright if it's straight. Check for rust though, the early Mk4s are orone to it now, my V plate had 2 rotten rear arches.

this, the arches were also on the way out on my V plate SRi when I sold it 4 months ago.

That Astra looks to have had a replacement front bumper - no foglights. Evidence of a crash?

i would leave it tbh and it looks like it been owned buy a chav and been ragged to deathas it dont say when the cambelt was done nor any history.
