i know the fault with the gte is only wireing but i am done with it mate, i would rather cut my losses take from it what i can and move on as it has only cost me money and waste time

I don't see why not, although if it's empty, they drop it off at various depot's and another van will collect - may take up to a day.

what do you mean by empty? i will be with the car as it will have just broken down when i call them

Ah, I presume they'll take it straight home then. I've never done it any other way apart from genuine breakdown - I had it done with my old MG when the missus was in it when it broke down. I gave her my car, she gave me a lift back, and the AA brought the empty car home (took about 8 hours).

yes darren i would but i am not giving it away as it has 4 brand new toyos any other parts etc and pretty much full mot granted interior is a bit ropey and paint needs some tlc but it still has original arches and is worth a bit in parts as i would hazard a guess at you would just break it and tbh i couldnt care what heppend to it

i am going to try and sort it once more tomorow as i know it WILL sell for a lot more once the stupid wireing is sorted i am just struggling with it being sat where it is etc and it go's well when it does

welding has been done as it has just recently been put through an mot there maybe be little bits the tester missed but couldnt say

ah ok just there has been a few folk slowing down and having a good look at the car while i am at it so god knows who is lurcking about when i am not, but the funny thing is 1 of my friends from northfield is very well known so if any thing was to be stolen from it etc he would probably be offerd the bits first llf
