Possible problems with a regular user and seller of this forum, what do I do ?
I am not going to divulge any details of the transaction at this stage, except that I have received a sub-standard part which I have been offered a refund upon returning, but I have asked for a confirmation of return address so there can be no further problems and have asked some other questions, but as yet my PM's have been ignored.
What do I do ?
