    MCD vaux

I expect most people have heard of MCD vaux, just after some personal opinions, not rumours, but first hand accounts from you or someone you know who has had work done by the guys there.
    Many thanks, adam

I've had two cars done by Mark, first one was perfect with no issues and the second one had teething problems that he sorted free of charge.

Trouble is a lot of people will jump the gun and start being arsey over the phone/internet.

Think you have to make sure you know what you're going into beforehand and cover every option, as with every garage. Make sure they know you're not going to be happy if they mess it up.

But what the customer doesn't mention is that he took the car away and messed about with it his self before contacting me, in reference the problems.

The thread on Corsa c was started by a member on there, we have since made contact and he has apologised for posting certain threads about me, which could/have damaged my work reputation,
    Cheers

I don't see why people bother messing with things they know nothing about, hence I came to you in the first place cause you know what youre doing and are a professional, I just wanted opinions and to be honest, most seem happy with your work judging by this thread

    Re: MCD vaux

I know mark MCD on both a business and a personal level. We have done bits of work together on various build we have both done for customers. I would say there is always two side to every story. I know mark is very fair with his customers and has everything in writing incase of any discrepancies which protects both the customer and MCD. Example at the moment he supplied and fitted a z20let into a Corsa c, the engine has started knocking after 200 miles, nothing mark can do about an engine part failing but mark has stood on and I am currently rebuilding the full engine for him to refit next week at no charge to the customer. I agree with do your research first but give mark a call an see what you think, he is as straight talking as they come.
