Cracked alloy recracked

Hey lads..
Over the summer i managed to crack one my alloys, I sent it in to get repaired and picked it up a day or two later,,
Now the alloy cracked again but just no more than an inch away from the last crack,
I still have all documents from last repair, so before i go to him I'm wondering do i have any grounds to go looking for a free repair again or do i have to fork out again?

Cannot see why you'd get it for free, its not as if the crack has come back in the same place.

If the wheel has now been cracked twice I wouldnt even think about repairing it as it will be seriously weakened, time to replace

I wouldn't repair a cracked alloy in the first place the cracks there for a reason. A warning sign to quite a tired rim. I'd get a new one mate.
