Seen that on youtube ..... terrible

Saw someone die before at a stunt show in front of a large crowd , not nice at all .

Was simonceli and Rossi not good friends??, what turned my stomach was watchig him sliding across the track face down I mean it was bad enough watching it but think how his family must be feeling such a shame and a great loss to the sport

Rossi saw Sic as a younger brother. They were close off and on the track. The fact that Rossi was one of the unfortunate ones to collide with him. Well i think it will affect him profoundly.

i do agree with it affecting edwards and rossi in a big way, i never knew they were as close as you say, i didnt think rossi made contact with simonceli but i think rossi might have gone over his hand/arm as you can see his front wheel lift a bit but then again i could well be wrong

Horrible crash. RIP Marco Simoncelli. A talent taken too soon.

It's one of those things I wish i'd never seen. The daily mails website felt the need to show photos of his crash from all angles including a video, shows the total lack of respect for him, his family and fans.

Been a fan of Simoncelli for ages and for sure he was a future GP champion. Wasn't just his riding but the fact he was a proper character...something that's lacking these days in sports in general.

thats the first picture i have seen from the flip side of the accident and what can you say?, simonceli had no chance at all, i feel for every 0ne effected by this tragic event!
