it was used on single seater one-make racing series "formula vauxhall lotus" in 80's/90's. i believe they started off as sealed 20XE engines with weber carbs until 1992 ish, when it went to that plenum and motronic fuel injection like the road cars.
thank you, what is it worth? much power upgrade over standered?
170-180bhp region i imagine. not sure if the later engines remained standard internally like the carb fed ones.
its pretty much useless unless you have a rear wheel drive kit car/ or "formula" car anyway. the plenum would need to be through the bulkhead inside your dashboard carcass in front wheel drive 20XE vehicle.

nice length (thanks for noticing) but it can only be for packaging reasons in this actual vehicle. if it was to perfect the induction path they would be curving upwards to match the inlet ports, not down.
