If you set your postage options to worldwide it pops up on searches from just about every localised ebay site. Same when you're buying, just set you preferences to items located worldwide and you get so much more choice.

I popped to Harbury Lane Breakers just outside Lemaington Spa today. Friendly staff and cheap prices. Got all these various bits of trim etc for a tenner!

I wouldnt normally put up pics of parts i remove. But these had to go up. Found in an unassuming mk3 XR2i, And are as close to mint as i have seen for a set of 22yo seats. Got a big soft spot for them and considering keeping them to be honest.

No of course not. That would be ridiculous. Nova is fully caged, with buckets and harnesses, Fitting recliners would just be dangerous.

Seats of this style are completely inadequate for anything other than a road car.

Funny you should say that as the same yard has an e30 325 tourer. Its an auto and im pretty sure that all auto 2.5 tourers had a 4.13 lsd. Only problem is its at the bottom of a pile of 3 cars and well and truely parked in, so im waiting for them to have a shuffle around so i can get underneath it.

If its a slipper should i bear you in mind?

If it locks up nicely then give give me a shout, I guess it doesn't need to be any certain ratio, just as long as it's a medium case, I've got a 4.27 diff that's going to become the LSD (135mph on the limiter in 5th + 240bhp ).

That said, a 4.13 would be slightly more sensible .

Blinding find mate! Surely even the most un-car savvy person would realise those seats would be worth something. Hard to believe they would ever end up in a scrappy.

We found a set of Recaros (though not RS Turbo) in an old Capri in a scrappy once too. Looked great in the XR2

Yea they were just in a bogus 8v xr2i. I wasnt even going to open the door, but when i did and saw the Recaro badges I realised it was a full turbo interior with not even a single hot rock burn.

Havent been out much recently, Spent a week or so sorting out my nova for MOT, tuning etc, so feeling a little guilty thought id better do a run today.

It was a good day. I wont bore you with the everyday stuff, But found this, Which was really well specced for a mk1.



Then, How rare is it to find irmscher kit on a Corsa B ?
