Anyone thinking of buying this or anything else off this guy please beware.He`s pinkbike on retro-rides and has already ripped someone off with this h/u saying he`s posted it and the guy never receiving it.

This guy is a career scammer although it seems that last time he got prosecuted his mummy bailed him out and repaid all the people he had ripped off. He's obviously not very bright is he? Anyway, paybacks a biatch and all that. Thanks to those of you that gave me the heads-up.

Cheshire Police have been informed. Also found his Face Book page and he's exactly how you'd imagine.

I reported it and FB shut it down!My bank are also contacting his and requesting they suspend any accounts, cards etc whilst they investigate fraud.
I cannot believe how long this guy has been ripping people off for! The threads I have found go back as far as 2004. It must run into 1000's. I have spent a few hours finding as many as I can to pass on to the Cheshire Police. It really needs anyone who's been scammed by him to call Cheshire Police and quote crime number 0711080650 and add their information. Otherwise, he's just going to carry on.
If possible please pass on the crime reference and encourage people to notify the Police.
I see he's deleted the photo too! Bit late though as it's been recorded against his hosting account. Brains of a rocking horse!

If not you should mate.And just to think ive being gagged from retro-rides for sounding this guy out! I`d say to post another thread on there but they`ll only lock it,seems they dont give a toss about alerting people to these sorts of things.
I was a bit baffled as to why they locked my thread on bogus sellers? You'd think they would want to support anything that gets these people caught. In fact, when they're using their forums to scam people I think they have a responsibility to do whatever they can to protect its users.
Did you see the bit where the VW forum member drove to his house and confronted him before calling the Police? I'd love to have been there for that. People like this never learn and although I don't usually condone violence I would happily make an exception in the case of this guy.
Most forums will put a sticky up letting people know of recent issues, or use i-trader. Remember though, that most forums are run by people who enjoy cars, and not sitting on a computer 24/7 having to sound out every new member joining, and wanting to sell.
We had a minimum posts/member time rule that has discouraged a lot of 'quick scammers', as they need to post up decent info over a period of time to get access to them.
We generally lock threads to stop them turning into a witch hunt.
For a small bit of light relief, we only really picked this guy up as he was sounding off about another trader that might have apparently scammed him!

Apologies, I am not seeking to lay blame with the admin of the forums. I am sure they do the best they can. However, I do feel a thread that collates all the bogus ads etc, of an individual such as ARDENVXR / PINKBIKE / WALKERSKY would be a positive thing to support.
My comments wasent aimed at mig either nobbie,directed at RR for closing marks thread on there.
He's bitching over on the Mini forum that he's not a scammer anymore. He got prosecuted once and then mended his ways bless him. He also states the Police won't be taking action as he can prove all his transactions. I think the poor lad is deluded and has some sort of mental illness. Anyway, as I'm bored of responding to him I am just going to leave it to the Police now. I will be taking a day off to attend court though.
