    FAO TImlannin or anyone who knows owt bout hydralic tappets!

    Still havnt got round to doing the lifters on me nova...

    ive just realised, when the gasket was replaced the head was left in the shed for days... do you rekon the lifters would have drained free of oil and have still not filled back up???

    in which case do i have to take out the lifters and properly prime them or can i get away with out dismantling everything and just taking the rocker cover off????

    if anyone else can answer please do!!!

    the proplem is that my nova wont start on all four (previous post)and i now rekon its because of the hydralic tappets....

    cheers for any wise words given
