    The GSI-6..

Spent all day and all night(sorry kirsty)on the astra getting it ready for the TV show @ Knockhill.Started off with the buff and used G3 to get it back to its natural colour/and to take the rain marks out.Works superb but is hard work. Then finished it off with a wax/polish to protect it from fading again.
Heres the end result taken at the usual spot.Cant get the full effect as the fotos were taken off ma phone.

    Comments welcome....

And 2 taken up at Knockhill beside ma mates Nova. Both cars attracted alot of attention which should hopefully give ma mate some business doing conversions.

P.S the Nova is for sale so get the cash out.

You really need to get some quality pics done.
I don't think the phone is doing it any justice.

Nice! Dont see many Astra mk3's on Speedlines, as common as they are it looks cool.

Nova looks tidy, unusual set of wheels again.
    it's a C20XE not a fookin Redtop FFS

Heres a better pic stolen from a mk3oc member which shows how good the astra came up.

Yes as good as the Novas look on speedlines,it was far too common so my mate went for them to be different.

Was surprised at how well it actually goes compared to what it was like in the cavvy.Has 3.0cams and 3.8bar fpr now tho.Its much quicker than the Redtop that was in it.Dont really know about the handling tho as im not a fast back road driver,it does seem a bit light up front coming into corners,

Nova is up for 4k ono, worth ever penny tho.Its had everything done to it,underneath the lot.Pics dont do it justice.Much better in the flesh. Its been sprayed in BMW Mini red then buffed up.

To start with i used an electric buff(proper 1 not the ****ty £25 Halfords 1 that stop when it touches the car)with some G3 cutting compound along with water. Its hard work but worth it as u can see.Nothing else will beat it.Not by hand anyway. Then to finish it off i gave it a good coat of Simoniz poilish/wax to protect it and bring the shine up.Usually use Meguires Carnauba wax but didnt have any left.Done this by hand and its easy to apply/remove.Theres probably a lot of other ways of doing it but i prefered to do it this way.

Another option i find gives a good result is the Meguires 3 Stage kit available from Halfords and such.
Stage 1 is the washing stuff
Stage 2 is the super high gloss polish
Stage 3 is the Carnauba wax to finish it off.
That also gives superb results and can be done by hand and isnt as hard going.
