looking at one of these to replace my nova and corsa in the next few months or whenever nova is finished and ready to be sold.

basically i love the styling of the mk3 gsi, its possibly my favourite styling of any standard car and have discovered that i can insure a 1.8 affordably (if i was working full time id be going for a real nice 2l 16v but ho hum we cant have it all)

do these cars have any horror stories to watch for?

also id consider a GSi rep with a 1600 engine or similar. any ideas?
