I've just bought myself a shiney corsa sportto replace the nova. It's done 95k and really needs a good service.
While i'm at it I want to give the injectors and idel control valve etc a really good clean as i dont think the previous owner had ever done this.
What is the best product to use for this? and where is the best place to get it?
Carb cleaner won't be any good for cleaning the injectors!
They need to be pulsed and back fed, get them ultrasonically cleaned! It's about 35 quid!

i had this idea in my mind from one of Mike's threads that you could clean them using the carb/injector aerosol spray. oops
On my RAC van I have DX carb cleaner (from partco) and it is really good stuff. At my old company we used Wynns (expensive) then moved to xtent (cheaper), I find the Wynns one comes out the uickest and hardest, so good for cleaning stuff BUT you use alot very quick! Just go with that is cheapest
