Talking 8 hours on the road and well worth it.

I went to Courtenay last Friday for the CS4 upgrade. I left my house 4.30am to get there for 8.30 and didnt leave there until 7pm with other 4 hour drive home.

Great buch of guys at Courtenay and I have no complaints

    end result was

    287.6 @ 5635rpm Bhp
    329.7 @ 3580rpm Torque

it pulls like a train and foot down in 5th @ 80mph is just mad with it hitting 24psi

it cost me a £1012 on the day but I did get some other bits done while I was there.

I think it is about £550 to go from CS3 to CS4 which includes VXR injectors and a remap.

C20LET is much cheaper to get big power from lol

Courtenay have had just over £5000 for work on the car since March.

It went in standard and came out with complete CS3 including brakes etc etc which the last owner paid for luckily

C20LET are getting rare now and trying to find a good one is a mission.

Z20LET will take it place soon unless any VXR lumps turn up

I spent 12k on my old Cav but that did include paint. But I did spend about 3/4K on the engine i think.

John I paid £200 for the injectors

Sharpys, C20LET is the old style turbo engine found in Cavs and Calibra's etc. Courtenay Sport are a Vauxhall tuning specialist like Regal Autosport and Wallace Performance etc etc

Killed the engine in 3 day and that had a complete rebuild top to buttom to most phase 4 stuff.

VTS Locked went in just after to handle the power better.

Complete flip paint including door shuts, windows out job.

    it all adds up

My new coupe from standard has had 7k alone on mods since march and Courtenay have had just over 5K of that lol
