do they have to warn you of this? ie: that a speed check is taking place?

i was recently done for doing 36 in a 30 with one of these - the limit had recently changed fom a 40 to 30 but i see nothing to enforce this - just the street lighting which yes i know means 30 - but looks to me like they just took off the 40 signs! hardly letting anyone know it's now a 30

anyone else had any experience with mobile speed traps ?

Street lighting and pavement indicates a 30 unless signs stating otherwise. No signs....

Also, just need a speed camera sign within a mile of their location, been doing it long enough to get that right.
