    Burble Burble!!

My back box kinda fell off due to excessive rust, so max decided to fabricate from my left over boost pipes a new exhaust, straight from the centre box out behind the wheel!

however due to extremly crap silicon pipe and hot exhuast it fell off, today we made a new inproved version, better silicon,

    and he it is

Kinda subtle to look at, but the noise is crazy, sort of mix between a v8 and a scooby but it can also be reduced to a nice burble when driving normally and being side exit but not in the usual place fits in with my whole outlook for the car of being different and braking the barriers!

Using silicone for exhaust is just plain stupid imo.

sillicon will melt if it gets to hot, which it will if you use it as an exhaust, so bin the sillicon and do it properly.

Using exhaust seal is better than silicon, why use it??
One dog goes one way and the other goes the other.

Why the need for flexability on the backbox?
Does the chassis bend a lot?

Those rubber couplings sort out flexibility, you don't need flex between tubular pieces.
And believe it or not, every single chav uses the words 'trying to look different' with their chav-mobiles, which is why most of them end up looking sh*te!!!!

stop being such a numpty, i seem to remember you deciding to leave vxon/cavweb because it was full of idiots, but those three comments above make you sound like nothing more than a moron(sp)

if i really wanted to do this properly then i'd get someone to fabricate it properly out of stainless steel, with proper mounting points i'm just using some left over boost pipes to experiment a bit to coin the so called chavy phrase "to do something different"

if i like the way it looks then i'll get it made properly if i dont then i'll do what everyone else does and be like all the other sheep and get a twin square back box or whatever. yawn yawn
