been wanting a beemer for a while and after selling my corsa friday i thought i was in for a long wait to find a decent one at a good price!! this one for £475 is a bargain as i dont mind getting stuck into a project and making the car my own. what ya think?

what about a hpi check? would this show anything up?
You need to check the details a proper sport should be registered as a sport, as the car is sorn I couldn't check it online.
its come back as just a 325i which i suspected it was. to be honest im more than happy paying that for a 325i anyway. also just got a hpi check done and its come back clear:
yep sports had black headling , LSD, leather or cloth SPORTS seats with adjustable thigh support and deffo didnt come in that colour.
As long as you're happy with it for that money although personally I think it is a bit exspensive for what is essentially 'just' a 325i. If it was me I would have just told him I didn't want it because it was mis advertised and then looked on trader for one in running order.
Still worth £475 as long as you dont spend a fortune making it road-worthy.

ive emailed him some questions about the car and so far he hasnt answered, starting to make me a bit suspiscious now. they were simple questions that any genuine owner would be happy to answer, i know when i sold my corsa recently i answered every question truthfully and promptly.
Id be checking the vin plate and engine numbers very carefully on that mate, could be a dinger.

well so far i havent had any reply about why he says he bought it 6 months ago but the last owner changed hands 2 months ago, to be honest i dont think il even be going to look at it now. just getting more and more doubts about it.
