MigClub Rolling Road Day - 13th May 2006 - Northampton Motorsport

This started out as a Central Vs South East Rolling Road event, and was gonna be Stage 1 of 3 to involve a RR Shoot Out, then a 1/4 mile thrash, then a climax of Karting to get numbers up were opening it up to other regions/people. The RR will still be at NMS, the 1/4 could be at the Speedshow, or PVS, the final leg is TBC, and could be anything depending on the location of numbers.

    Central Vs South East - Stage 1 - Rolling Road - 13th May 2005

I've spoken to the guys at NMS, and they are free on the Sat 13th May.

The cost will be £30 per car, that includes a power-run to your limits, and a print out, normally if you want you can ply them for advise, but only if they've got time.

Please let me know if you want to attend, I will require a £10 deposit by APRIL 20th, if you put your name on the list i will PM you with payment details.

I'd like to think I'd have my LET in by then so would love to run. Could I be considered as a backup if numbers are short?

More the merrier, NMS is only a 2WD RR, so anyone wanting to run 4x4 will have to pull a fuse, or we'll lift the rear of the car in a pseudo contest of manlyness!

I think it takes the piss, here we are in the middle of the UK almost and yet no one really wants to join in. Just been in the Scotland, SCOTLAND FFS and there are 4 times as many people attending a RR day up there!

Tell me about it, don't know why i even bother sometimes.

Currently there are 5 members going, which have paid a deposit, they are.

    Nickyboy
    Nobbie
    Johnny A
    Robsyuk
    Ph@tboy

I have now opened this up to non-members as well, to try and get some more cars going.

NOTE TO ALL THAT HAVE PAID DEPOSITS
Are you all still happy to go if there are only 5 of us? If so i'll confirm later this week with Troy, etc, that they'll get out of bed for 5 cars, if not i'll deal with deposit refunds, etc.
