    Babyvalver RIP

Smashed to pieces, front back left and right.

roof cut off to get me out.... Been on stretcher since 7am for fear of broken/back neck, i have broken ribs.

Insurance wont pay out because even tho the car in front was at fault by crashing into another car/slamming on brakes and skidding i still hit him in the rear.

In state of shock... feel like ****.

If you haven't claimed thre should be no reason why you can take whatever you want off of it

Really sorry to hear about the accident.

How did the rear dammage happen?

    At least your ok'ish mate.

Trouble is that insurance company will say you were not a far enough distance away if you could not stop in time, a shame tho.

Sorry to hear about the accident. It was a mint nova

Least your ok(ish), 2 legs, 2 arms and head.

if you decide not to rebuild, you can always unbolt the tasty bits and sell them on - money towards a new car (or project).

Just remeber, at least your ARE ABLE to walk anywhere, even if you would rather drive.

Your insurance will pay for the bloke in you hit and the bloke at the very front will claim of the chap in the middle.

Its sh*t how it works but thats life, even if the guys in front were at fault

Sorry to hear about the car but main thing is your ok.

Glad your ok mate. Sounds pretty nasty.

I heard a rumour that the car at the back takes all the claim now, hope this isnt true though. Don't see how they can really bring that into force unless its clearly proven the person at the back, hitting someone else caused them to hit another car.

I agree with you on the modding front, i'm just keeping my corsa pretty tidy as it is, no engine plans, just a tidy motor to get me about. Had enough of spending cash on cars now!

thanks for all the nice comments guys.

The car that hit me last was a galaxy... the lady had brought 2 days earlier.

When i was in car i heard a kid crying... thought the worst.... turned out the kid in the galaxy was still watching Toystory in the back! lol
