    Nova rebuild day one.

well started at 9am this moring,
my plan was to start at the front and work my way back.
dave turned up to help and mince, thanks for the pics dave!
i started off sorting the pipes out,
no real prob till i ripped off the rad run off hose,so i'll be needing a new rad
but got it all sorted bar the header tank,
while i was doing that,my dad carried on extending the loom,
well just the coil plug and wires, but its all done now,
while we was soliding in the bay,
astra dan turned up and help me swap rear beams and evereything else!,big thanks dan!!

need beam in,with fk coilover springs with plateform remove,(just for keith)

nice silver calipars, with braided lines and new brake lines thru out,
    disc behind the rims

then steve*photochop king* flatley came over for a mince....

after we got the the rear done,we start on the front, each took a side and fitted,
new 288mm,new lower arms and ball joints,

sharon sr(dans other half) came over with the serclip plires and help re build the shafts with dan,

then got us all dinner....mmmm kfc

refitted my newly painted silver drive shafts with new cv boots...
then had to finish up as it was cold and getting dark..so more tomorrow!
    clearing up...

and nice pic of mine and sharons novas on the drive,

    ben

We rule! Damn those pesky rear beam bushes and CV joint circlips wasting all our time.
    They're there, in their room.
