Great day today, despite not having our first run until 11:45am (got there at 09:30am ish) were still drying the track.
MIG Attendees (that I know of) were: OllyHewitt, Add_Gee, 0ddball & MattJ
A new personal best for me (again)
but not by much lmao
Did a couple of runs just without the backbox and boy it was stupidly loud lmao

arn't terminal speeds just the speed you were doing when you cross the 1/4 mile line.

Is it still £10 to get in and £15 for 3 runs?? In which case ur day out cost £70 plus petrol and food!
Might be descending on Santa Pod next Sunday with some of the cavweb lot. Might even run the MV6 down the strip for a giggle...

nah - none what so ever...
Last week I had everything in normal order and got a 14.6, this week i had passenger seat out, backbox off, headlight & grill off - and still 14.6
It's just too loud - can't hear if wheelspinning, bogging down or anything lmao just sends ya crazy lmao

Terminal speed is your speed as you cross the line, its worked out by a speed trap on the finish line, i think its a beam of light across the track that your wheel breaks as you cross the line, similar to the start where you have to 'stage' your car before you can run.
