As you may know i'm in court next week for Speeding and Careless driving - will plead guilty to speeding and careless will be adjourned to a later date.
I'm obviously bound to get points, but if I start a new policy now, before they are imposed, not declaring them, i'll get a year at a cheaper rate than normal. Is this wrong?
Its not alright at all. You have to inform the company if you recieve any points for anything. The speeding probably won't cost you much extra but as I said before in your previous post they arn't going to like the Carless driving.
i never bothered to declare point recieved during the premium, only when i went to renew. When i phoned up the company half way through a year to declare somthing which should lower the premium they said i would see the lower premium on renewal so if they play it like that how can they play it the other wayand want more cash half way through.
Seriously Sulli just wait, once you get 70% (5 years) then thats counted as full by most companies and even cheaper doors open for you like policies for people who have never claimed and things like that.
Phone the insurance company if you don't believe us but you have to tell them as soon as you get them.
Tell them bout the points as they come. If you don't, it will invalidate the policy, and if you have an accident...
I would hate to get hit by some loser who has no insurance. I would probably kill them.
Not wrth the risk.
Besides, careless is a standard thing. It comes with almost anything. It could be from bumping another car in the Tesco carpark to getting caught doing ridiculous speeds.
