I'm sure some stuff will. I was only half taking the piss with vaseline, some wax or silicon based shizzle will help... the powder will still stick to the wheel but it will come off with the wax easily, then reapply. Consider changing for kevlar or cerametallic pads, some are a lot less dusty than cheap factor ones.
Or a drum conversion.

Wax, wax and more wax, then as Kev said wash them every week.
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.

Our future lies in the past, we can learn from the past to forcast our future,
Some pads materials (Kevlar?) are also supposed to be low dust producers and there are liners which fit between the wheel and the disc - but ugly as sin, IMO.
Vaseline, etc, is a mixed solution - while it allows the dust to be removed easily, it also may show it up more.
Thick wax coating may be the best option.
BTW, metallic pad material coming of (red) hot discs seems to burn into anything. Good job I don't care about that sort of thing.
Poorboys wheel sealant does a good job of it.
not just a wax, but a hi temp resistant wax
smartwax rimwax or finishkare fk1000p

keep it simple get some colli 476 on them.
Project Astra Aero is underway.............
EBC Greenstuff pads give off very little dust compaired to others, I run these in my Veccy ST200 and my white wheels stay whiter for longer. That sounds like a washing powder advert, lol.
Or, try a sealant like jetseal 109.
It's like a wax, but rather than being natural it's synthetic.

Can't go wrong with Collinite 476s wax. A couple of applications and a regular clean should do the job.
If you find the brake dust starts sticking then try using some G101 on them or a wheel cleaner like P21S gel or Sonax Extreme left to soak should remove it with no problems.
