Thumbs up Best Products for detailing - advice wanted

so im quite new to detailing of cars, ive done abit now but just on my car,

i really only use the autosmart range,

but there alot of products people always say you should be using on the forum,

if i was to spend £50 on new products to try out what would you choose?

    cheers

Autosmart products are fine, ignore the fashion for this months favourite detailing product, which is usually more expensive anyway.

depends what you are after? are you just looking for a good shampoo, polish and wax? or are you looking for something more like clay bar kit, sealent, quick detailer? what about tyres, alloys and windows?

I have no problems at all with the following simple kit:

    Meguiars lambswool mash mit
    Loads of large microfibre cloths!
    Meguiars gold class shampoo
    Autoglym super resin polish
    Autoglym fast glass

That lot is fine for starters. If you feel the need to get more involved then I'm also impressed with:

    Meguiars ultimate quick wax
    Clay bar & quick detailer
    Carplan tyre slik
    Autoglym bumper care

Can't go wrong with any of that lot as far as the exterior.

thanks for the advice, ive put a couple of things on my shopping list but as richie says, im just mainly going to stick with the autosmart range,

one reason is i have so much of there stuff, i got it all free when a local company went bust, so i got 5 litre tubs of all of thier products lol, saved me a few quid!
