some sort of alcohol based wipe and the a leather restorer to make it shiney

any interior cleaner will do it

i use a baby wipe to get the worst off,then gliptone cleaner and feed.

iv always found megs wipes to be good

G101, that's if it's not a posh leather wheel...

When finished with the sponge on the outside, I use that to wipe the wheel down.
