Couple of questions , tyres and snow lance .

My Mum has had her car now for over a month and the tyres still look realy good and shiney .
What's the best tyre shine to use ?
Also what is this snow lance stuff ?
Can it be used with any jetwash and how much is one ?

You might be able to tell that I'm not into cleaning cars much lmao
    Usually say : " bucket o fookin water "
Couple of bits of body work being sorted and want it to look nice afterwards .
I canny invest in ya and for that reason , I'm oot .

So , it's better than going to your local jet wash and putting a couple of quid in every now and then ?
Although this will perform much better than a garage jet wash ?

More or less the idea mate, you would rinse the car then use the snow foam and providing the mixtures correct you would leave the snowie to do its job on the car as it loosens all the dirt.
Tyre wise i use megs gold class endurance tyre gloss and simple to apply with the tyre applicator, like yourself i used to be novice but over the years geting into this detailing and have spent hundreds to get the right products but advise the best isnt always the best so its just down to yourself finding a good brand of products that keep you happy with the results you require.

If your really stuck am sure one of the detailing guides or guys would help you out as theres different products for different coloured cars.
Good luck and have fun with the snowie when you get one.

Thanks for the helpful advise .
My car is sort of an off silver so does hide a lot of dirt / marks etc .
It's very hard keeping the car clean as there is a very big tree right near it and it gets tree sap and leaves and all sorts over it
I know someone will mention a car cover but not sure on that .

It depends if you want the wheels to be very shiny or with a matte finish. I use Mothers FX tire shine and it is pretty good.

To remove tree sap use tar and adesive remove.
