    Lazy mans cleaning process

I googled local mobile car cleaning companies...

Turned out I could get a wash and machine polish for £20 not being sure of how it'd turn out for the price. I give the young chap my business.

Pictures perhaps dont do any justice, as it's only a camera phone used.

    Quite impressed with the outcome

Cant believe he's machine polished that foe £20. Machining a car takes a few hours...
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.

I spent all day today polishing and washing my Manta, all day, and its come up kind of ok, considering it is 18 years old. But man that guy if only i knew him too, for 20 quid its a bargain!!

You'll have to get some pics up. I love old skool rides. Yep utter bargain, I'll get him back in July/August if he's still about.

    Re: Lazy mans cleaning process

Yup its first time in zillion years that I spent washing and polishing the Manta, including removing all the spider webs in the engine bay, and washed the engine bay as well, and its come up really shiney, but a lot of effort went into it, but I have some pretty nasty surface rust here and there, and this will have to be tackled soon or it could spread further and cost a lot more in restoring the car. Hoovered the interior, and took it out for a spin, to check if brakes are OK, and they are, no brake seizer, locks all 4 wheels, and the engine still has enough might to leave some rubber on the tarmack! Hope to restore some rusting bits this summer.
