    washing my car :/

git a little query hope some one can help, i washed my car with the intention of polishing the flame pink paint back to flame red, problem is... there was alot of tar and some very stubborn greasy/oil marks up the side and oily hand prints from when i have been working on it that never came off, does any one here know of any products that will remove these.

    thanks

    Chris

I like maguires better than auto glym. Both are good though!

    Megs all the way.

Use a bug and tar removed for the tar and greasey bits.

Autoglym bitumin and tar remover for the tar spots followed by megs stage 2 polish and then megs stage 3 wax to finish. Unless your feeling rich and saucy in which case you can buy more expensive wax like Poorboys or Dodowax.
Please ensure all events queries are pm'd in my direction. Please be patient and i will get back to you very soon.

^ get it red again with a G product, then use a good wax like megs stage3, nxt over the top, will stop it fading again and keep it looking great

    Re: washing my car :/

get yourself down to an autosmart rep and get some Tardis, this is a glue and tar remover, simply wipe it on the tar and then wipe it off, brilliant on tar

Then clay the car to remove surface contaminants, polish and protect with a good wax, maybe some collinites or a sealant like Finish Kare 1000P. These are both cheap and knock the socks off Megs stuff.
