coupe paintwork help

Just wondering if am on the recieving end of a vandal attack as ive noticed on my star silver coupe the whole rear end is showing signs of white spotting???...... aint got pics yet to help on this but can only describe it as if av waxed the car and it rains the next day the water marks dry white (this is not the case) only gives an idea of what it looks like.. white spotting only on rear quater panel?...

Have however tried the autogym car conditioner but dont think its that..

Any ideas??

Pics would help...

Can you pick them off? Might be flicks of paint...

Get something better than t-cut as its sh*te, but it should shift water marks. Did you try any polishes over it?
