Whats the best way to clean out silicone hoses?

I've got a large set of silicone hoses that are really oiled up on the inside, any ideas on how to flush them out and make them squeeky clean?
A friend of mine has mentioned using a dishwasher but im not so sure lol

as above, but not too much detergent, cos if you don't rinse them enough, it leaves marks when dry

Best thing i found for cleaning Samco hose was WD40.
That was experiour so not sure on size of hose etc your on about so maybe you can spray WD inside and get a cloth or bottle brush in there.
