    undersealing?

I have a Frontera which i have just bought, and it's just sooo rusty underneath. (It's the Cornish sea air and salty roads apparently!)
What is the best way of dealing with this? Don't really want to spend hours underneath with a wire brush trying to get to all the awkward areas...is there an easier way? Would a steam cleaner work well? Any idea how much it would cost to have it cleaned and undersealed?
Any recommendations for this service in Cornwall anyone?
    Thanks...

Is it just surface rust? I'd be having a good poke around to make sure that it doesn't need any welding before undersealing to save having to underseal bits again that you might need welding.

It's a '99, so not particularly old and seems solid enoough but flaky surface rust everywhere. Looks like the previous owner had parked it in a field.... i can't see anything actually rooton and in need of welding though...

No easy answers, get going with the wire brush, you can use attachments on a grinder/drill for the easy bits
    Jack said,

Surely you are only pulling it one way though? ie. you are pulling it along its length.

    Thanks for all your replies...
I have decided not to buy the Frontera now...it had been a 'second chance offer' on ebay and after looking at it again, and from the advice on here, i think i would rather pay a bit more money and not have to deal with the rust
    Cheers, Colin...
