Key them with about 400 grades, apply stopper if needed, again key with 400 grades, tack rag them then paint them.

By key I mean, rub with 400 grade wet and dry so that the paint 'keys' (sticks).

Oh, another tip when spraying is to start in the hard areas to paint first, otherwise you will get a nice cover, try to get it in the corners and it will have more runs than an Ethiopians arsehole after a rotten Lamb phall.

    haha ite then mate
yea thats what i planning to do

i read up and watched few video's
some used degreaser or paint stripper to get rid of the protective layer
    then went dry it down
then use a scrub pad then tack rag
then wet and dry again then dry the base
then start to add base coats

    Layer 1 hardly aint paint
    Layer 2 quick spray
Layer 3 add a thicker coat
    Layer 4 add another coat
Layer 5 extra coat then Procection/ Sealer

Btw what is the best sealent / Protection layer?
i know laquer is ok but is there anything better then that?

Do NOT use paint stripper on Morette cases, they will melt/distort.

You can use most cleaners as a degreaser, meaths, whitesprit, pannel wipe, i wouldnt use thinners as it can start to soften the paint thats all ready on there and may get traped on the surface, which will then mess up when you start to paint again.
