Swirl marks in black paint when flatting and polishing

hello there, about 2 month ago i had me corsa sport painted in glacier white with a black roof,arches and tops of bumpers, the finish on the full car is mint, the white is amazingly glossy but the black i wanted looking super smooth and refletive like glass so i flat and polished it, the flatting went down well but when it came to polishing, its putting swirls and lines in the paint, and with it being black its standing out like a saw thumb, ive used 1500 wet and dry with t cut and my hands , its always done the job on other colours but its being a nightmare on the black.

help would be appreciated
