what wax?

Ive a flame red nova, paintwork is imaculate on it

Just wondering what opinions people are having on cleaning.

currently i wash the car with meguires gold class shampoo
then wax with gold class wax. (car is only for summer use, so is alway spotless)

If need be, i polish it with meguires stage 2 polish.


was looking at the autoglym high definition wax, £40 though

im using maguilars wax,does a good job on white and did a great job on a mates blue calibra.

I always use Simoniz wax its real good when used with Simoniz Wash & Wax

I use the AG High Def wax, and personally I think its worth it, It lasts a long time too so IMO its worth the £40

Gold class is ok, but try nxt. Finish last longer and i find looks nicer.

i thought the nxt range was a half ass attempt between basic stuff and top of the range..

just gave the nova a good few coats of gold class for now, looking amazing Hopefully get it mot'd then taxed tomorrow

i really am skint, had extreme outgoings this month, so will prob try the auto glym high deff stuff next month (in time for the shows)

I dont think it is, found the nxt wax very good, but megs do quite a few waxes have alook at more of there range..

Maybe invest in something specific to Red paints.

Dojo juice do some great colour based waxes.
I found the hard paste nxt wax worked great on Dans Gte.
