Interior Detailing

I'm trying to sell my Saab just now, and I want to make it as clean as a really clean thing so when people see it they are like "WOW!".

What sort of cleaning products should I use for the interior and what tips can you give me? It's a full black leather interior and theres a wooden dash that needs shineed up.

Also there is a bit of wear on the drivers seat bolster (leather interior), is there anything I can use to get rid of it? I heard black shoe polish works (though I don't fancy it coming of on my clothes)

I don't fancy going all VXR-marc but I'd like to get something like what Mr Valet Man can do.

Re: Interior Detailing

Maybe some simonitz lemony cleaner to wipe everything down.

I like autoglym vinyl cleaner/polish which is a deep black and not shiny.

Also a vax machine on the seats does no end of good (upholstery attachment).

If any of the panels have bleaching or staining on that doesnt come out with the cleaner, use spirits on the whole panel, which will make it mlilky white, then go over the whole from scratch wtih the autoglym.

Use proper glass stuff on the glass or it will steam up or streak.

Have you got your parts by the way?

Is the Vax really good?

My granny has one and I always thought of it as an ancient relic

Cheers for the offer

If I get start to clean it, then get bored (more than likely) then I might just give you a shout.

Although I have just bought some snowfoam and Dodo Juice wax
