whats the best way of stripping paint and filler off a bumper to get it back to the grey plastic?

Re: Paint Removing

Paint stripper may damage the surface, you'll be better sanding it off.

Re: Paint Removing

if you do deside to sand the bumper back to bare plastic finish it off with a finer grade sand paper, otherwise when you reprime it the plasitc will furr up. as said already paint stripper is a no no on plastic.
