Re: Snow foaming

basically, it gets rid of the dirt on the car without you touching it as much there for putting less damage on the paint.

idea is:
wet the car
foam it
let the foam easy off the dirt
hose the car and dirt off

at no point have you touch the car

= no swirl marks!!

Depends on what you class foam. Mine gives a fuill on cant see thru it thick as funk foam that sits on the drive still after i've finished cleaning the car..

Re: Snow foaming

Sounds cool but uber expensive in the initial set up to get a worthy job. Think i'll just stick with my bucket of suds and take the risk of swirls

Re: Snow foaming

Personally I do the following

Snow foam
Clean Wheels
Jet Wash off remaining foam
Wash
Jet Wash
Dry

Leaving the foam on for 10 mins I find helps loosen all the crap in the seals and wat not, certainly better than a bucket and sponge anyway

Re: Snow foaming

I've got a gilmore 2 normal hozelock garden hose type gun its about the same price as the High pressure ones that give even better foam.... but I didnt want to need my pressure washer all the time lol.

Elite car care is good for shizzle like this and DW5 in one of the voucher options gives 5% off
