Re-polishing alloys

Basically my car came with polished speedlines, but due to my working hours never got to clean then as often as they needed to and now they have kind of lost most of the polished effect and brake dust in certain areas thats a pain to shift.
Is it possible to re-polish alloys if so whats the best way of doing this??

Cheers

I would just use autosol once a month to keep on top off them
