    Best way to polish alloy wheels?

    Got some cav gsi rims fer my GTE reckon they'd look nice mirror polished in place of my aftermarket jobbees anyone got any tips to make the job easier ?

    A job for a bead blaster, or an arm achingly massive amount of careful rubbing down. Powder coating isn't easy to remove. They would need lacquering ASAP as well.

    on my old mr2 wheels i used sandpaper to get bubbles and rust off then used grinding paste and a buffer to cut the face, then i gave it a good laquer, looked amazing but had to be cleaned all the time, i also painted the insides black so the wheel appeared bigger.

    can be done in a day but your best off taking your time doin this, get a fifth alloy so you can take 1 wheel off at a time and still use the car!
