    T-cut question

I got some black colour replacement t-cut for the gsi the other day, now a friend told me not to.

The colour is diamond metallic black.

If not, then what do you use ?
    Thanks.....Daz

What do you want to do? Remove the haze?

If so then t-cut is fine just for those swirly scratches that all cars have

T-cut is pretty useless on cars with metalic paint as we all know there laqured. As above a once over with G3 rubbing compound and a good wax should give you a good result.

Just want to rid of the oxidents in the paint , and the guy used to run the car through a carwash , so theres miner scratches .

I just need to know if its safe to use t-cut .
A friend told me that on metallic cars it can leave dull spots. Is this true ?

I've used the colour magic stuff and it's worked brilliantly on metallic. Mine's a pearlescent too and it's fine. In fact, I used most recently the Halfords "safe cut" and that was even better. Left it looking like it had just been sprayed
