Leather cleaning - what to use and tips

Thinking about the 2 bottles of megs.
Seats have those dark creases caused by dirt I presume?
Is a nail brush and scrubbing the best way? Cloth won't do much I reckon.
Anyone used the megs cleaner and conditioner?

    me?why?
and i think megs do a brush just for leather...
if not,an old shammy is good to cleaning leather with,
and the megs spray cleans well,(even on leather sofas)

So a nail brush not the best? Don't reckon anything less than scrubbing will do it, they're cream coloured so noticable.
Will have to look into this megs brush.
