    Scotchguarded car

Matey I bought this car off said he'd had the paintwork scotchguarded.
Shines well etc, but would like to do the 3 stage meguiars on it. It also has some very faint scratches that would be sorted with the stage 1.
    Opinions?

rinse it with quite a strong shampoo concentration, to remove the oily scotch gaurd. maybe go over twice to get rid of it all. then polish as normal i would have thought.
