| Did you do it yourself or someone to do it?
Any idea how much the machine polisher costs to buy?
Looks great too

| Seconded OP's questions - I could do with one of those ****ers!
Or would a buffing wheel on a decent drill do the same sort of thing?
Looks absolutely stunning though!

| I doubt il be taking part in the actual racing,i have thought about it but I decided to not to in the end, ive calculated what ive spent on the thing and its alot, cant really afford some ****er thinkin he's f uckin McRae goin into me also i wont be insured for anythin, i got too much to lose. although i may go round for a few slowish laps givin it some sh it ere and there
As for the machine polisher, its basically a very soft polishing pad mouted to a special drill, be careful when attampting it though, you have to be very consistant in the amount of pressure applied. push down just that little bit too hard and your through the laquer and possibly the paint, like i did before...idiot

| i know, i find it funny spectating from quarry corner, no doubt u'll see nigel f uking mansell in his CRX come flying over the lip wayyyy to fast and into the tyres. I remember last yr a highly modified civic on hydraulics, flip paint etc understeered into the tyres after hitting the approach too fast and taking the wrong line into the bend. it turned out the driver was only just 17 yrs old and it was his dads car worth in excess of 10k, i think it may have been featured in at some stage...ouch |
