    Question Polishing Rocker cover....

Im gonna be changing the Rocker cover gasket on mine, so while the cover is off, i thought i might give it a little polish up.

It doesnt have to be mirror finished! Just thought i could get rid of some of the ground in oil stains and imperfections out of it.

Whats the best thing to use?

Some numpty who had the car before me painted the engine gold, so i used some wire wool to gently scrub it all off.

So now what can I use to make it look nicer?

    Any help would be great

I've got use of a little Dremel that may come in handy.

Can you get Dremel kits to polish metal? And could you say what rubbing material ill need. Cheers

Yes, a dremel is good for the fiddly bits. If Frost don't have any heads mops and compound for the dremel size chuck then try Cetem Polishing supplies. You probably need to get a copy of a bike mag to get their details as they mostly sell to bikers.
