Overview : Microsoft Update KB951748 is known to cause loss of internet access for ZoneAlarm users on Windows XP/2000. Windows Vista users are not affected.

I had this happen to me, and ended up turning it off just to get internet

Yeah i had same problem uninstalled it untill there was a fix, just need to re install it now with the latest download.

Ah so thats why ZA stopped working on everyones PCs at once. I "fixed" it by dropping the security level to the middle (and then uninstalled it coz its crap now anyway)
