Setting up Wireless on laptop from home PC

How do i go about setting up my laptop to work on the home Netgear?
I have had Vista removed from my laptop and now have XP PRO. Since i have had it back i cant get the wireless to connect.

I dont have the installation disc as i bought the router 2nd hand and it wasnt there.
Now i cant get it to connect.

Craig
