INSURANCE VALUATIONS

In most instances we will require the completion of our Agreed Valuation form. This form must be completed, signed where indicated and sent, together with 6 photographs.

These need to consist of photographs of your vehicle taken showing the front, back, each side, engine bay and interior, with one including the registration number.

We require remittance of £15, payable to Adrian Flux Insurance Services to be sent along with the other info to:

i rang for a quote with adrian flux a couple of days ago, i drive a corsa b 1.4 8v with brake mods, airfilter mods, suspension mods, exhaust mods and they said the quote was way over £1500, not so great in my case :/

Trying to get a quote for cavalier sri 16v but web site bein a little retarded tonyt. My cheapest so far with no ncb and only bein past my test since march is £1000,45p. This ws sky insurance. If Adrian flux can knock £150 off then i would gladly take policy out with them

Just taken out a policy with Adrian Flux for the first time, not amused thus far at having just been charged a £30 admin fee on a policy which has not even started yet to amend the start time from 4pm to 12pm, add to the fact that when the policy was arranged I was given a contact number for Adrian Flux which when dialled was Carpet Right Pontefract.

The useless bastards lost 3 modified vehicle reports from me, 2 of which they signed for, they cancelled my insurance without telling me but still took my payments. If someone hadn't gone to the police station with a traders policy saying I was an employee I would have got a ban due to these useless tossers.

Craig on here is also less than complimentary about them.

A mate of mine used to be with them and they sent his details to another address and he received someone elses and vice versa. He is paranoid about it due to being a copper.

Another lad I know had his cheque for his renewal cashed, someone drove into his car outside an off licence so he went to the police to report it, only to find that surprise surprise, the cowboy outfit that is Adrian Flux had not renewed his policy after he was given a producer. He wasn't given a fine but he still had to take points on the chin.

I myself called up to pay the outstanding balance on my account as I was paying monthly at the time, I gave card details and was told it was all settled. They didn't try to take the payment until months later.

I honestly hope that nobody ever uses this company. I am sure you have all read my thoughts on other companies in the past but they are 110% the most useless bunch of twats I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Stop press.... I have to agree with Wayne, I had a classic policy with flux. Three or four times I tried to send/e-mail/post my agreed value forms, they seemed to be "lost" each time. Gave in and went with footman james.

i used to be with adrian flux and for the first 2 years they were great and very competative for a cavalier turbo fitted to a tigra but then started losing documents and cancelled my policy, charged me £30 to reinstate it although i didn't lose anything. when i changed my car to a 1 ltr corsa the price never changed from a 2 ltr turbo and charged me another £30 for the privilage. when i changed again to a astra coupe turbo the price more than doubled on renewal to £650. i never claimed or missed a payment. I am now insured with sheilas wheels FFS for £260.
if adrian flux continues this poor service surely the prices will increase even more as their customer base decreases. 10 years ago adrian flux was the place to go now it seems one to avoid. DAN i hope you can pass these massages onto whoever makes these poor management decisions to fleece the general public and think we will just take it.
